Tech Vixen was down for a while this morning, not actually sure how long. My host is usually good with these things, maintaining something like 98% uptime. But each time I see one of my sites going down because of server issues my heart dies a little. This brings me back to the stable service vs excellent customer support debate. This just reinforces that I want stable service more so than excellent customer support.
